reionwong 8b54a65fb2 refactor: include headers as cutefish/<module>/ and name files with underscores ... Headers install under include/cutefish/<module>/ and the build tree links include/cutefish/<module> to the module's sources, so a module directory no longer shares its include prefix with a consumer's own sources. Both packages now come from one set of CMake helpers: the clients gain a SOVERSION, a version file and a build-tree export, and the build-tree packages move to <build>/cmake/<Package>.
