Update nl.m3u

Fixed the name/id of 2 channels:

These are different channels:
- Omroep P&M: https://www.omroeppenm.nl/tv
- Omroep PIM: https://www.omroep-pim.nl

Also, there's no need to have two IDs for the same channel:
- OmroepPM.nl
- PMTV.nl (This one should be deleted)
