GUI: Dynamic menu and Misc category

- Allows to dynamically collapse/expand menu categories without reloading the GUI
- Added the new Misc category under Admin Access/Open Menus
- The previously uncategorised 3 elements "Captive Portal", "Access Restriction" and "Bandwidth Limiter" are now gathered under the new "Misc" category. This new category is not creating a composed target, so the .asp names are unaffected.
- Modification to the advanced themes to reflect the new Misc category
