Update esptool-js import to v0.6.0 CDN bundle

Switch from local bundle.js to the official esptool-js v0.6.0 release on unpkg CDN.

- Replace local ./bundle.js import with https://unpkg.com/esptool-js@0.6.0/bundle.js
- Comment out the local bundle import as a reference
